Dear Sir,
We wish to inform you that we have completed our supply, installation, testing & commissioning
of 108 HP unit and is working satisfactorily.

We thus confirm you that warranty period of the VRV Air-conditioning system of 108 HP shall be
one year from the date of handing over i.e. from 20/03/2023.

The Air-conditioning system is now being handed over by Daikin Air-conditioning to M/s
Recorders & Medicare Systems Pvt. Ltd.

The details of contact numbers & services covered under warranty period are attached herewith.

Please acknowledge the following Annexure-1.

ANNEXURE-I

SERVICE POLICIES

WARRANTY PERIOD – Under warranty period, we shall be covering the following:

1. Compressor
2. Fan motor
3. P.C.B
4 Magnetic Switch
5 Three routine services
6 Break down calls.

Other Notes:
1. The above routine service will cover checking of cooling efficiency, cleaning of products,
electrical connections, air filters.

2. The repairing of unit or parts thereof, as also overhauling the unit would also be done free
of charge. If required, in our service station or at site when such repair/ service is out of
normal wear and tear the contract period.

3. Spare & materials would be arranged free of charge which may be needed for the unit as
result of normal wear and tear during the contract period.

However, parts not covered under original warranty, shall also not be covered under maintenance
contract schemes.

Parts not covered under above warranty & Contract services –


1. ALL PLASTIC ITEMS
2. AIR FILTER ALL SHEET METAL PARTS
3. CONDENSER & EVAPORATOR COILS, REMOTE CONTROL
4. VOLTAGE STABILIZER CIRCUIT BREAKER (MCB/ ISOLATERS) ETC.

Response Time: If Break Down call is received before 11 AM it shall be attended the same day,
depending on the site. After 11 AM our service approach will be such to attend the call same day
if however not attended due to unknown circumstances it will be attended by next day.
