after a temporary assignment / contract with the said client, for a period of six months from the date of interview or
termination of assignment, without the consent and knowledge of Recruit Express.
I agree to pay RECRUIT EXPRESS RM12.75 registration fee upon signing the Letter of Appointment for a job and if I do not
start work or resign within 90 days, a further 80% (exclusive of prevailing SST) of the offered monthly basic salary shall be
payable by me to Recruit Express as liquidated damages for the costs of hiring and administration.
