1. In the reference 2nd cited, Sri P. Ganapathi, Director (IPC & RAC)/TSNPDCL,
has applied for Surrender of Leave (15) days for encashment as on 01.01.2023
without actually going on leave.
2. As per the terms and conditions for Directors of DISCOMs issued in
G.O.Ms.No.111, Energy (PR-III) Department, Dated. 12.12.2005, the Directors
of DISCOMs are entitled for encashment of earned leave as applicable under
the rules and regulations of State Government Public Sector Undertaking.
3. Sri P. Ganapathi, Director (IPC & RAC)/TSNPDCL, is having (85) days of
earned leave at his credit as on 01.01.2023 as per the leave eligibility certificate
furnished by the Pay Officer in the reference 4th cited above.
4. After careful consideration, Northern Power Distribution Company of
Telangana Limited hereby accord permission to Sri P. Ganapathi, Director (IPC
& RAC)/ TSNPDCL to surrender earned leave for (15) days for encashment as
on 01.01.2023 and draw equivalent to salary and allowance in lieu of leaves so
surrendered.
