Your values (Honour Code) are the foundations
in which you’re able to bring your Vision into
reality. An Initiated man keeps them very close
to his heart and strives to stay in full alignment
with them and lives from them
Step 1
Take a moment right now, place your 3 fingers onto your
neck and feel your pulse, your heart beat. LIFE, coursing
through body. Breathe full rounds of breath into the
bottom of your belly. Your heart has never missed a beat,
it knows what to do. That same level of “knowing” is your
internal compass. You deep down know the man you wish
to be (the man you truly are). Just like your heart knows to
beat, you know who you are, sometimes there maybe a
little fog in the way.
I mention this because as you go through this list, even if
you’re not “living it” in this moment, does not mean it isn’t
who you are. That feeling of separation between the word
and where you are in life is beautiful, it shows where your
work is and why you feel out of alignment. YES SIR!

"weight" they first did because other words encapsulating

1 by 1 group your highlighted words into “TIERS”, see
next pages. Each tier's words have the same “feeling” to
them. So, you may have 10 words of similar
meaning/representation in 1 tier, 8 in another, 13 in
another and so on. AT LEAST 5, NO MORE THAN 7 TIERS

Step 5
"Trim the fat" in each tier. With the black marker, now
cross out the words that aren’t the most important to you.
And/or cutting out the words that are so ingrained in you,
that you don’t need to be reminded of on a daily basis, so
you end up with no more than 6 words/values in each tier.
Step 6
Now you have your “words” into tiers, it’s time to name
your CORE VALUE. A word that encapsulates the entire
tier. It may be one of the values listed or a different word
that resonates for the entire “FEEL” of the tier. The word
that will ensure you live THIS value with full potential.
Example Bottom of page : Happiness, laughter,
playful, contentment, humour, the word that may
encapsulate the tier maybe JOY which then
becomes your CORE VALUE.
Go back and write each CORE VALUE in the space next to
each tier
Complete all tiers to discover all your core
values. When all of them are combined this
is your Honour Code.

IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW & FEEL, especially when
your honour code is questioned &/or challenged
(b) Score by circling each of your core values from 0-10,
How you are showing up in real time, in this moment? Full
transparency. Don’t sell out on yourself
(c) Now it’s time to plan & implement how to close the gap
so you’re in full alignment with your HONOUR CODE
(making them all 10’s). What aligned commit action are
you going to take to get back to full alignment? This is a
never-ending process of check and measure. You now
have a tool for life!!!
