The following terms and conditions of our organization: -
1. Commencement of Employment:
The term of your joining will be effective, as of 07th Aug 2023.

3. Salary/Remuneration and Promotion:
a. Your CTC is 1,80,000/- Per Annum.
b. In Probation Period paid 15,000 salary,
In training period no deductions in your salary, after Training Performance based, we promote
permanent. After promotion Company Will starts cuttings.
c. You have been assigned to work as Consultant FULLTIME employee and your promotion will be
based on the service you have provided.
d. your salary shall be paid Last working day in month (30th or 31st)

4. Probation Period:
Joining Date to Next 3 Months.
5. HOURS of Work:
Your working hours shall be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
6. Responsibilities:
a. You will be assigned with projects by respective authority; however, you shall be
Required to work on multiple projects if work demands.
b. You have to work on Saturday if need arises.
c. Don’t share project information and code to outsiders, in case you do that is
Punishable and fine charged.
7. Terms:
Whatsoever the reasons are, any candidate cannot terminate his/her employment, from a period 1
Month with or without notice period after signing the appointment letter, if so Web Comptech at its
sole discretion, with hold the relieving letter and all other documents Regarding your employment
hereunder and you need to pay 1 month salary to the company (Web Comptech).
8. Notice Period:
a) Notice Period 2 Month. With or without intimation you need reliving before 1 month, pay’s 1month
salary to the company. Without paid 1 month salary to company, company not provide reliving
documents.
b) In case if you terminate your employment with Web Comptech without giving 1 month Period
notice to Web Comptech, the company at its sole discretion, withhold the relieving Letter and all other
documents regarding your employment hereunder and you need to pay 1 months’ salary to the
company (Web Comptech)
c) Any employee serving notice period, upon termination, for any reason, company shall be entitled to
pursue any remedy available in Law or as per Company rules and regulations take action if Employee
misuses companies’ confidentiality information or incur losses for company in any sort of manner.
9. Amendment:
This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written agreement signed by both of the
Parties. The Agreement is amended by either of party in the circumstances of “Force Majeure”.

Health Insurance:
a) The Company will insure you and a maximum of five immediate dependents for Hospitalization as
per the Policy for an amount of Rs.200,000/-.
b) Dependents details: Self + Spouse + 2 Dependent Children + 2 Parents or 2 Parent in – laws.
Maternity Benefit:
The company is also committed to extending the appropriate benefits to the female employees as per
the Maternity Benefit Act, 2017.
Marriage Gift:
All Employees getting married during their tenure at the Company are entitled to a gift voucher worth
₹10,000/- as a gesture of good will.

(e) Pan Card Copy
(f) Resent Passport Size Photo With Blazer.
(g) Latest payment/ salary slip issued by the preceding employer (if any) along with relieving letter
and a declaration (format to be furnished by the Company) to the effect that the same is true and
correct.
