Ⅰ、Installation connection schematic
The PC is connected with the master battery through the Ethernet port
Parallel connection between batteries through port 485
Ⅱ、LAN (local area network) connection
1. Connect the battery to the computer
a. Use the communication line as shown below

c. Select the corresponding "COM", select "19200" for the baud rate, and select
the corresponding "ADDR", such as "1" (Note: At this time, turn on the
corresponding ADD DIP switch "1" on the battery).
d. When the communication between the computer and the battery is
successful, select "help", and then enter the password: 123456
2. Check Battery BMS IP, after filling in, click "Write in"

4. Ping BMS connection test
Open the system running window( Win + R),input “cmd” command，
confirm.
Input “ipconfig”, check whether the computer IP is set successfully.
Check whether BMS and computer connected normally, input “ping
192.168.1.2”
The above figure shows that the connection between BMS and computer is normal, and
the next test can be carried out.
（Note: At present, the default value of the IP address of BMS is set to 192.168.1.2, the
subnet mask is 255.255.255.0, and the gateway is 192.168.1.1. Therefore, the IP address of

PC accessing SNMP should be set to 192.168.1.X, where x is any value from 3 to 254.）
Ⅲ、SNMP commissioning
1.explain
(1) 1 master with 6 slaves (485 Connection), master DIP switch the sixth place must be 1 (and first
place also be 1), identified as the master, the slave data will be polled regularly.
(2) The addresses of master and slave are set with dip switch, and the address of master must be
set to 1, and the address of slave is 2-7 respectively
(3) The master will poll the real-time data (such as voltage, current, temperature and status
information) of each slave battery through the 485 port regularly (at intervals of one second),
and collect and save them in the master.
(4) The PC can be connected to the network port of the master battery through the network
cable, and the real-time data information of 1-7 battery packs in parallel can be collected
through SNMP agreement.
(5) See the file “SNMP64_1_7_TBD.mib” for the mib file definition of SNMP agreement, which
defines the real-time data of 7 parallel PACK packets. Each battery pack can provide 31 real-
time data.
2. Operating steps
Step1: Install and open “MIB Browser” software；
Step2: set Address same with BMS IP address，(default value 192.168.1.2)

Step3: Click File->Load MIBs->Load “SNMP64_1_7_TBD.mib”
Step4: Click “TianPower” Then right-click Walk to read the data.
Ⅳ、Http Commissioning
1. According to the above IP setting method, set up the network link between BMS and
computer.
2. Open the web browser, enter the IP address of BMS in the browser address, and enter
BMS data access.
