Site Visit Report

Generators have not yet been installed at the project site. The site visit found that 8 generator foundations had been constructed, though 10 generators were planned, and accurate measurements would be taken after installation. Space between the planned generator locations and building was approximately 5 meters. Individual steel supports for each flue stack would need to be installed on the wall side and back of each generator, along with 3 clevis hanger supports per stack using horizontal building columns. Another site visit will be conducted after generators are installed.

Date of Visit: Monday, 19th June 2023, 01:00 PM

Project: EDGNEX RUH-1 DC

Site Address: New Industrial Area, Riyadh 14334, KSA.

Site Condition and Work in Progress (Civil):


- Cleaning Work continuing at generators fixing zone (almost finished).
- Site condition mostly good,
- Generators are still not installed.

Observations:
- We have seen only 8 Foundations for the generators as we have been informed that total 10
number of generators are going to be fixed, please confirm if the other two would be fixed on
the other side.
- Approx measurements have been taken as per the present site conditions, accurate
measurements we will take after fixing of the generators.
- As per the site visit, the space available between generators and building wall is approximately 5
meters.
- We must make foundations and steel support for each flue stack separately (on the wall side).
- One steel support will be installed for flue stack at generator back end.
- We will take 3 clevis hanger supports for each flue stack using horizontal columns of the building.

The above observations have been done according to the present site conditions; we will have another
site visit after fixing all generators.
