Hello! My name is Lucy. Im twelve years old. Im from Australia but I live in Manchester,
England. I live in a big house with my parents and my younger sister
Caroline. Caroline is six and very naughty. My father is a fire-fighter
and my mother works as a nurse. He is thirty-six and she is thirtyseven. My fathers name is Mathew, he is from Australia. My
mothers name is Felicity. She is from England.
My house has two floors. My room is upstairs. It isnt very big but it
is a comfortable room. My desk is opposite the window so I can see the street and a park
nearby. The park is called Victoria Park. Victoria was the
Queen of England 100 years ago. There are lots of
squirrels in the park. Squirrels love nuts so I usually bring
some nuts for them. They are quite friendly and they
sometimes eat from your hand.
In summer there is an ice cream van at the park. I love eating ice-creams because they are
cold and sweet, just perfect for a summer day!
