SUBJECT: Reiteration of the NO COLLECTION POLICY of the School

1. It has come to the attention of the undersigned that despite continuous reminder
of this office regarding the NO COLLECTION POLICY of the school, still there are
some HPTA Officers and several parents from your respective advisory classes as
well as some of our colleagues in this field whom are violating this policy of the
Department of Education.
2. Please refer to DepEd Order No. 19, s. 2008 – Implementation of No
Collection Policy in All Public Elementary and Secondary Schools.
3. Request for Santa Gifts, special projects (such as bringing or buying certain
items) of which is not related to the unfulfilled requirements in the learning area,
contributions for Christmas Party, collections for cash, materials and any related
kind are strictly prohibited.
4. Also, the school has certain local funds such as Canteen Funds for School
Operations, Pupil/Faculty Development, Clinic, School Feeding and the School
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Funds which can be use for
activities and procurement of school materials as indicated in the School
Implementation Plan for 2022-2023. Please refer to DepEd Order No. 8, s.
2019, Revised Implementing Guidelines on the Direct Release, Use,
Monitoring and Reporting of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses
(MOOE) Allocation of Schools, Including Other Funds Managed by Schools.
5. We can even request assistance from the Local Government, the Barangay,
School Governing Council (SGC) and even the General Parents and Teachers
Association (GPTA), for as long as there is proper communication as endorsed
and approved by this office.
6. Consider this memorandum as stern warning. Violators in this field will be dealt
administratively and this office shall endorse the case to the Division Office for
appropriate actions.

SUBJECT: Conduct of School-Based Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session

1. In view of the implementation of School Learning Action Cell pursuant to DepEd


Order No. 35, s. 2016 all teachers are directed to adhere with attached Action
Plan with the different topics that we have agreed during our organization
meeting last July 19, 2021.
2. The School Learning Action Cell aims to:
a) Improve teacher knowledge, skills and attitudes based on established
Competencies linked to K to 12 Curriculum.
b) Capacitate teachers in a collaborative planning, problem solving and
action implementation that will lead to an improved pupil learning
environment.
c) To enhance teachers’ potentialities on teaching skills with the new
curriculum.
3. All participants are expected to comply with the schedule and submit the
required outputs and be willing to be tracked and monitored in the
implementation of ELLN.
4. In this note, please be guided, for the Second SLAC will start on Sept. 12, 2022

SUBJECT: Implementation of the Brigada Eskwela 2022 Program and Its


Working Committees and Terms of Reference

1. The Department of Education will conduct the 2022 Brigada Eskwela with the
theme, Tugon sa Hamon ng Ligtas na Balik-Aral from May 20-25, 2022.
Brigada Eskwela is the National Schools’ Maintenance Week that aims to bring
together all education stakeholders to participate and contribute their time,
effort and resources to prepare public school facilities ready for the opening of
the School Year in June.
2. Teaching and Nonteaching personnel shall take the lead role in planning the
activities geared on making schools ecologically conscious, resilient, clean and
conducive to learning.
3. Thus, different committees should be created to effectively and efficiently
implement the 2022 Brigada Eskwela.
