1.Tell me about yourself


I am Shaira Clemente , born and raised in Pulilan,Bulacan . I
graduated Senior High School at ACLC College of Baliuag Tourism
Promotion Services . I know you will ask about my studies in
college but unfortunately I stopped due to lack of support and
financial problem . I'm currently finding a job to support myself
and my family's daily expenses.

2. Why do you want to work for this


company?
As someone who is a beginner on this kind of environment , I am
looking for a company who can enhance my skills , values training
and a company where I can grow as a professional and during my
research this company is the one that I think I belong .

3. What are your strenghts ?


My greatest strenghts are being productive , I can learn fast on a
specific task and I can teach myself different skillsets .

4. What are your weaknesses?

Trusting myself is my biggest weakness and I admit that but as time


goes by , I am learning how to overcome it and just like now , I am
trusting myself that I can pass this Interview and will have this job.
5. Why do you want to work in a call center ?
A long time ago I was wondering if I can work in a call center , I want
to enhance more my communication skills by talking to customers.
And also I want to challenge myself working in a fast-paced
environment wherein I can improve my skills .

6.What's your idea of a call center ?


Call center is the frontline of all customer interactions wherein the
agents job is to listen and understand the client's concerns and
provide a helpful information .

7. How would you handle a call from an angry


customer ?
First is to express to the customer that you understand them , and
you will find different solutions to their problem. You also need to
stay calm because if you are both annoyed it will not be solve.

8. Why should we hire you ?


As a fresher I think I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new
things .If you gave me a chance to enhance my practical
knowledge, I will give you a better result in a short period of time
and that chance where I can build and work towards my skills .
9. What is your salary expectation ?
My salary expectation is about 18 thousand to 25 thousand per
month .

10. Where do you see yourself in five years?


After 5 years I see myself as an expert in this field that I choose and
take up a bigger role in this company , And I see myself managing a
team effectively and building up new people who where just like
me right now .
