Price Validity Prices quoted are valid for 5 days from the date of quotation. Prices may vary
based on any depreciation in PKR parity rate with USD.
Delivery and Installation Timeline Payment Terms:
Delivery Period
Within 10-15 days from date of confirmation of 80% Advance payment
and Payment
order. Order will be deemed confirmed after 10% After Delivery

receipt of 80% advance payment. 10% After Installation
Payment Mode Cross cheque in favor of V-Energy
Price does not include:
i. Out of City system delivery to site
Scope of Work ii. Any other points which are not mentioned in the offer
(Not Included) iii. Booking Reversal Within 30 days: 5% of Advance received will be
deducted.
After 30 days: 10% of the amount will be deducted from Advance. The
ownership of the System will be considered transferred to the Customer
upon delivery of the System at Customer's site. The sale is final. V-Energy
will not be liable to buy back the System under any Circumstances.
Force Majeure The universally accepted force majeure clause applies to our proposal.
Hybrid System:
One-month complimentary O&M Services, after one month a separate contract
will be signed for the continuation of the O&M services
Residential Grid Tied System Up to 50kw:
O&M Services
One-year complimentary O&M Services, after one year a separate contract will be
signed for the continuation of the O&M services
Commercial Grid Tied System:
