Introduction
EpicWeb is a safe and secure site is designed to make searching for your product information easy and help you get
maximum benefit from your Epicor software solutions. While EpicCare remains your support site to access the
Knowledge Base library and to log and track cases, EpicWeb is your portal for product information including training,
downloads, user guides, product documentation, etc.
EpicWeb Link and Access
Accessing the Epicor Customer and Partner Portal, EpicWeb, is done by logging in to https://epicweb.epicor.com with
established user account credentials. As an Epicor customer, you will need to be registered by Epicor to create an
EpicWeb account as an individual user based on your company e-mail address and site ID assigned to your
company.

You should have received your EpicWeb credentials from [email protected]. If you did not, email
[email protected] to request access.
Login Troubleshooting
You could experience problems accessing EpicWeb. If this occurs, you can try using a different web browser or
updating the browser version if that is an option available. Some of the more common reasons for site access errors
are:
● Your current opened browser sessions are causing cached page data to be kept on your computer.
Closing all your browser sessions (i.e., all tabs and pages), then trying to access the EpicWeb link again
can often resolve the problem.
● Browser history can also be a cause. Sometimes deleting your browser history can clear this up.
● Custom security settings in your browser can cause issues accessing the site. Resetting your browser
security to the default settings for the Internet can sometimes help resolve this issue.
● Check for Proxy and DNS settings that could be blocking the site. Setting this URL as an exception to
allow can sometimes resolve the issue.
● If you have add-ons installer in your browser, they can sometimes cause this type of conflict, and
disabling your browser add-ons can resolve this issue.
There could be various reasons for issues to connecting to the site and the best approach to finding a resolution is to
work with your local IT representative to look at your issue, your client computer, and your browser configuration
settings to see if they can quickly resolve your access issues for you. You can also contact EpicWeb Support at

Creating an EpicWeb Account
Adding Users
EpicWeb Administrators can add/edit/inactivate users EpicWeb accounts through the My Contacts page located in
the left column under Customer Resources.
To add a new user, click on the Add Contact button at the bottom of the list of users.
Complete at least the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone fields. Click on the button next to the Role you want
to assign to the new user.
● Administrators can manage contacts
● All users can access downloads, documentation, and Epicor Learning Center
● Click on the box next to Education Admin? if you would like the new user to be able to assign classes
and agendas in Epicor Learning Center to other users
When you click on the Save button, the newly setup user will automatically receive an email from
[email protected] with EpicWeb login credentials and a temporary password. Check your spam email folder if you
it does not appear in your inbox immediately.

Editing a User Profile
Users may be edited and removed by the Administrative Contact through the same portal. To edit a user’s profile,
click on the Edit button in the row adjacent to the user’s name and make the changes you need on the Edit Contact
screen that will appear in a new window.
To inactivate a user’s EpicWeb profile, click on the Remove Contact button in the row adjacent to the user’s name..
The inactivated contact’s name will no longer appear on the list in My Contacts but will be on the list in Inactive
Contacts, an option in the Customer Resources menu on the left-hand side of the screen. You can reactivate
contacts from the Inactive Contacts list.

Passwords
Resetting Password
To reset a password:
● Go to https://webaccounts.epicor.com/ and select Forgot Your Password
● Enter the e-mail address associated with your EpicWeb account
Enter your company’s Site ID (Epicor account number). If you don’t know your Site ID, reach out to your
Epicor customer account manager or email [email protected].
● Select the Reset button
o If your account is not found, you will need to email [email protected]
o If your password is successfully reset, you will receive an e-mail from [email protected] with a
temporary password
Changing Password
To change your EpicWeb password:
● Go to https://webaccounts.epicor.com/ and select Change Your Password
Enter your Web account username (note: you do not need to add the prefix WEB\ to the username)
● Enter your current password
● Enter your new password
● Re-enter to confirm your new password
● Select the Change button

● You will see a message that your password has been changed, and no e-mail will be sent
Password Requirements
The password security for EpicWeb accounts with the following policies:
● Go to https://webaccounts.epicor.com/ and select Forgot Account Name
● Enter the e-mail address associated with your EpicWeb account
Enter your company’s Site ID (Epicor account number). If you don’t know your Site ID, reach out to your
Epicor customer account manager or email [email protected].
● Select the Submit button
o If your password is successfully reset, you will receive an e-mail from [email protected] with a
password. Refer to Changing Password for instructions.
o If your account is not found, you will need to email [email protected]
Forgot Account Name
If you need a reminder on your EpicWeb account name login:
● Go to https://webaccounts.epicor.com/ and select Forgot Account Name
● Enter your company’s Site ID (Epicor account number). If you don’t know your Site ID, reach out to your
Epicor customer account manager or email

● Select the Submit button
o If your account exists, you will receive an e-mail from
[email protected] with your login
information
o If your account is not found, you will need to email

Navigating EpicWeb
Product Pages
After logging in, you will be directed to the main EpicWeb page. Under the Products dropdown menu in the top left of
the navigation bar, there will be a list of Epicor solutions.

Access all of the product’s pages through the Products dropdown menu.
Your EpicWeb homepage will be customized with information specific to the software you use in the tabbed Product
bar, which provides quick access to the most used areas of EpicWeb.
Each solution will have a list of pages in the Product dropdown and will vary based on the solution. Across most
solutions, you will find pages for:
● Your Epicor product’s homepage can be found by clicking the Epicor Product directly from the Products
dropdown where you can find the latest release information and announcements.
● The Documentation section provides valuable information and documentation related to your Epicor
solution by release. You’ll find technical reference materials, user guides, and other helpful resources.
● Select the Downloads section to access the latest product updates that maximize the value of your
software. You must be entitled to the product to access its downloads.
● The Education link will take you to Epicor Learning Center

● Explore fact sheets, presentations, white papers, and much more in the Resources section
● News and resources specific to support and maintenance are included in the Support and Services
area. There you’ll find key information to make the most of your support and maintenance investment.
● Select Webinars to access product-specific webcasts on-demand
Left Navigation
In the left column a list of links for quick access:
The Contact Epicor page has support resources including a way to reach out to your Epicor
Customer Account Manager (CAM), support contacts, and hours by product.
You will be directed to a form to report issues accessing or using the site, website errors,
website performance issues.
Access the EpicCare support portal for the Knowledge Base library, enter support cases, or
Wayfinder for non-technical requests. At this time, it requires a separate login.
Conduct an EpicWeb-wide search for collateral or content. Note: You must have a license,
subscription, or permissions to access content.
Below the links are additional Customer Resources:
Not sure what info this provides Displays the organization’s address and active users, products,
and maintenance plans.
A list of EpicWeb users in your company. Admins can make changes to users through this link.
Inactive EpicWeb users in your company which you can reactivate by selecting Activate.
Search for a list of contacts within your company.
Search for organizations within your company. This is especially useful when there are parent-
child relationships with ownership.
A link to the EpicCare support portal for cases and the Knowledge Base library.

Header Region
This section contains the primary navigation menu across the horizontal blue bar at the top, including the search box.
The information on the horizontal bar on the top includes:
● Products – a link to Epicor solutions pages
● Resources
o Resource Search Library - access marketing materials
o Webcasts – a list of archived webcasts. Use the filter function in the header bar to filter criteria.
o Insights Conference – learn more about the annual Epicor user conference
● Partners – Epicor Partners will have quick access to key links based on your region
● Documentation –quick links to Kinetic release documentation
o Release Documents
o Feature Summaries
o User Guides
o Technical Reference Guides
● Contact Us – support hours and languages vary by product. To find your product’s information, select the
Contact Us link from the navigation bar. Find your product based by selecting your
Region > Country > Product. We encourage utilizing the Knowledge Base library in the EpicCare
support portal before submitting a case.
Logging Out of EpicWeb
Users must close their browser to log out of EpicWeb.
