A RESOLUTION OF THE MUNICIPAL PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL ADOPTING AND


APPROVING THE 2022 LOCAL ANTI CRIMINALITY ACTION PLAN.

Whereas, in adherence to NHQ PNP LOI 71/08 “PAYAPA (Decentralizing the Formulation and
Implementation of Anti-Criminality Action Plans); Enhanced Managing Police Operations,
Memorandum Circular No. 2014-39 entitled “2014 SGLG: Pagkilala sa Katapatan at kahusayan ng
Pamahalaang Lokal and DILG MC 2019-143 or the Omnibus Guidelines of POC Functionalities, PNP
has crafted this Local Anti-Criminality Action Plan;

Whereas, this Local Anti-Criminality Action Plan prescribe the guidelines and procedures
relative to the conduct of Police Operations in consonance with enhancement to manage police
operations and anti-criminality approach by all sectors in order to deter criminal and illegal
activities;

Whereas, based on previous POPS data Crimes have been committed against persons such as
physical injuries, vehicular accidents because of drunk driving, murder and homicide. While
crimes against properties like theft and robbery were also perpetrated.

Whereas, in order to intensify the police operations and ensure the maintenance of peace and
order in the locality, be it Resolve as it is hereby Resolved to adopt and approve the 2022 Local
Anti Criminality Action Plan.

Now therefore on motion of Honorable Lope Cebreros, Punong Barangay of Barangay Malinao, duly
seconded by Hon. Agostitio Barredo, punong barangay of barangay Nato and by the majority of the
members of the MPOC Council who are present the 2022 LACAP is ADOPTED and APPROVED.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 24th day of March 2022.
