SABOR CLOSING CHECKLIST

CLOSING TASKS sun mon tue wed thu fri sat REMARKS

TURN OFF all equipments.(Coffee machine,Oven, grinders, blenders , Water Boilers, Grab
1 and go)

2Check your Dining area for any unwanted items

3Wipe and clean the tables,Sofas and side Tables with sanitizer.

4Sweep and mop the Dining area ,Bar area and office .

5Take out garbage bags and place new liner

6Put little clorox and soap with water in mop bucket for mopping the floor

7Put all your Towels in wash Container with soap and clorox

8Check If any Maintenance needs to be done the next day and keep a note in the log book

9Spray insecticide if it needs to be done before you go home,if you see many flies around

10Check your stock if something needs urgent,mention to the morning shift or keep a note

11Send next day daily order to Various supplier

12Send daily sales report.

13 Separate petty cash and sales Money.

14Place daily sales receipt, credit card slips and cash in

15 keep Important envelope,Bank Receipt and deposit in safe.

16Complete Sales LOG BOOK.

17Notify any thing important in the log Book


Give Handover if anything important for the Morning shift by sending Msg,Email or
18 leaving a Note

19Ensure that all cameras are working properly.

20Turn OFF the music,Tv.

21Turn OFF the Lights. And AC IN THE LOBBY AREA

22 COUNT THE ENDING EMPANADAS COOKED AND IN THE FREEZER INCLUDING SAUCES

23 closed the small warmer of empanada behind pos and transfer it to big warmer

24turn off the lights of warmer and ensure temperature of warmer is 140F

Make sure the doors are locked.(Front and Back Door)under the presence of a Staff
