- under "Editors" select "vim"
- under "Graphics", select "gnuplot"
- under "Libs", select "libglib2.0_0"
- under "Net", select "curl", "inetutils", "openssh", "openssl"
- under "Perl", select "perl", "perl-XML-Simple", и "perl-IO-Tty"
- under "Python", select "python2"
- under "Tcl", select "expect"
Confirm download. Start process:

Replace cygwinpath parameter from “c:/Cygwin”; to “c:/Cygwin64”; and save the file

Run cmd.exe as administrator and go to folder c:\Cygwin64
Run command:
bin\perl.exe cygwin_install.txt
If patching is OK you’ll see this text:

folder:

For Windows 64-bit Program Files(x86) it will look like progra~2
For Windows 32-bit Program Files it will look like progra~1
