ABSTRACT
In today’s world busy schedule, of transportation has become a major part of
our life be it travelling from one place to another or carrying goods for supply.
During such transportation for goods, one might need to travel continuously
for longer hours without sleep. Falling asleep on the wheel can lead to serious
consequences which might cause accident and people may even lose their lives.
This situation is much more common than we notice and hence it is very
important to counter this problem. Thus, we are willing to work such that the
problem can be solved and drivers are able to stay attentive while driving
according to the comfort of the driver.

Key words: IOT Sensor, Robust Action, Safety (Alert).

GIST OF TEAM WORK

Our team includes four members starting with me Priya, the leader of the
team. I handled the research work for the components used in the working
model and also helped in preparation of working model. Swetha worked on the
strategy to prepare canvas with perfection. Mrunal was leading the observation
strategy and also helped in preparing log book & the canvases. Parmeet was in
charge to prepare the strategical framework of process to construct the working
model. With all of our hard work and dedication we manage to complete this
project together in the given time.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
With great pleasure, I take this opportunity to express my deep sense of gratitude and
indebtedness to my renowned and esteemed guide Prof. N. D. Mehta Assistant
Professor, Department of Power Electronics Engineering, Vishwakarma Government
Engineering College, Chandkheda for his consummate knowledge, due criticism,
invaluable guidance and encouragement which has enabled us to give present shape
to this work.
I am heavily indebted to Dr. S. N. Pandya, Professor & Head of the Department, Power
Electronics Engineering, Vishwakarma Government Engineering College, Chandkheda,
for his everlasting willingness to extend his profound knowledge and experience in the
preparation of this report. Any attempt to define this indebtedness would be
incomplete. I am immensely thankful to Dr. N. N. Bhuptani Principal, Vishwakarma
Government Engineering College, Chandkheda, for his valuable support and
inspiration.
I am immensely thankful to Prof. N. D. Mehta for his everlasting willingness to extend
his support and help in the completion of this work.
Finally, I would like to thank our friends and family for their support and patience
throughout the year, especially to our parents who without their encouragement and
financial support, this would not have been possible.

CHAPTER 1
Introduction:
Anti-sleep alarm is an application to keep car drivers awake. Although it
was designed for car drivers, it can also be used in any other situation
where you need to stay awake.
The goal of this project is to develop a system that can accurately detect
sleepy driving and make alarms accordingly, which aims to prevent the
drivers from drowsy driving and create a safer driving environment.

MIND MAPPING:
EMPATHY CANVAS:

This is the first step of the project or a problem. So, in this canvas, we
will find out what is user? Who is a user? What is stakeholder? Who
are they? And what are the broad stories of their activities?

FIGURE 2 EMPATHY CANVAS

indirectly related to our project
 Drivers
 Pilot
 Technicians
 Manager
 Police
 Ambulance
 govern
 IT Employees
 MNC
Stakeholders: - In this stage, we find the user who will directly or indirectly
related to users. Stakeholders mean a person or organization with an
interest.

 Government

 sensing(periodic)
 Panic protocol
 Display of readings
 Automatic lights
 Lowering speed

Story Boarding: -
 Happy:
vijay always used to feel sleepy while studying by using the anti-sleep
alarm circuit. it saves both his time and electricity and it helps in prevent from
dozing of while studying which is done by sounding a beep at fixed interval that
is 30 minutes if he is awake by the time he can reset the circuit to beep in the
next 30 minutes this has not only health and game marks but also improve his
concentration.

 Sad:
Rakesh started truck driving business since he was 18 years old. he had
been doing it for Now continuously 33 years once when he was travelling from
Ahmedabad to Odisha his health was not good due to the high amount of
pressure for the material to reach on time, he was dross the driving on the way
Rakesh and the truck met with an accident every year 1 lakh accidents at the
direct result of driver fating.

 Happy:
looking at Ganpat bhai accident of his son added anti slip device to his
truck so that this would not be further continued or such an accident
may not happen in the future.

 Sad:
Ganpat bhai was a truck driver. He had a business in exporting goods
from one place to another. Due to a major accident he had to retire from this
business. The accident was caused due to drowsiness of Ganpat bhai as he
slept on the wheel. it was such a major accident that he lost his ability to drive
vehicles.
