The Squash Fold


A squash fold is used for flattening flaps composed of more than a single layer. One squash fold will look different from the next,
based on the shape of the flap, but they all follow the same basic principles. Though the flap you’re squash-folding may be
slightly different than the one depicted here, use these illustrations as a guide for completing the fold.
