 1. INTRTRODUCTION

In our Website “Patient Management System”, we using mainly two major

technologies to support our system as two different ends called as Front-End and
Back-End. In our System PHP with WAMP is our System’s Front-End and My
SQL Server is our System’s Back-End.

Each system requires the main platform to perform all tasks that will
appear in system and these tasks will be performed by only Front-End. The main
need of taking Front-End is that all programming that will be performed
according to environment and facility provided by the opted Front-End and taking
Back-End is that all databases are kept in that base.

design new system.

In our current system all the work that is done is carried out on the register
and so there are not any security criteria to guard our data and any person can
open data and any person can open register and make changes and make affect
our reports. In this is quite open to everybody.

✔ Time consuming:

In our current system, all the process is carried out by human and there are
many physical forms for registration of the customers so naturally. It requires
more time and in that sense, it will require more time to complete Works.

✔ Their Existing System Was Limited Only For Search Vehicle And So That They
Want To Introduces New Things In Their Existing System.

All Projects are feasible, provided that unlimited resource and infinite time available.
However in real world that can should like dream. Especially computer-system is likely
to be bounded by limited resources as well as time. Feasibility and risk is related in many
ways. If the risk is great then feasibility software is reduced.During system engineering
on three primary areas of interest.

This project dose requires that much of higher & advance technology. It
requires database interaction and it requires to be access via web or internet. This
can be easily done. It must be developed within the four months of period
excluding the time period for the testing and validation, verification.Thus it seems
that the project is technically feasible to do.

In this project, we will require to not purchasing much of the tools like
web cameras to take the photograph of a person or shut video of that person, but
as it will be web-enabled we do not have any extra cost of setting up a network.

requirement; in such a way that resource utilization & optimum outcome is
justified. A new system should not only be rebuts but should also be able to work
simultaneously with other system. Operational feasible means that new system

7. LIMITATION AND SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT
7.1 SYSTEM LIMITATIONS
Each and every system has some limitations that restricted them to work on a
particular environment. Through our System is provides high amount of accuracy and
quick data generation there is still some information that led us to in greater deficiency to
work on that system. Some of the limitation that is observed during all the process is
mentioned bellow:

⮚ Knowledge about the computerized.

⮚ Data can be lost, if system failure.
⮚ Un-availability of the desired personnel was the biggest constraint to this study.
⮚ Everyone can’t be access system; It means authority given to the centralized user
who knows as Admin.

7.2 SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT:

⮚ Large Amount of data Support.

⮚ Very powerful Database Security.
⮚ Generate report for any Appointment Items.
⮚ System valid specific time duration.
⮚ Invalid data can not be inserted.
