admission to Master’s Program. I have been closely associated with him as a professor and a
mentor and I found he combines intelligence with imagination which makes him good in all
things practical. He grasps gist of the topic very quickly and tackles in a systematic way. He
has been performing well throughout his under graduation.

I was particularly impressed with the sincerity and methodical work that Jayakrishna,
had put into learning. He has been working with a tremendous amount of perseverance and
dedication,which I rate as one of the most important characteristics a student should possess.
Even during the lab course,he possesses the inquisitiveness in solving the problems to the
best of his abilities and comes out with innovative ideas. He has them. His conduct and
behaviour are excellent and maintains a good relationship with me as well as fellow faculty in
our department.

He has excellent team leader skills and is competent of extracting best out of his team
members. He shows no hesitation in sharing his thought with his team mates which helped to
bring out new innovative ideas. Apart from these he has tremendous energy and enthusiasm
to actively participated in, as well as plan and organize various events. He also holds of being
an effective communicator and puts across his thoughts in a lucid convincing manner.
