1. Description of the future job
Choosing a job for oneself is a very important thing. After careful consideration, I have decided
to choose teaching for my future job. To me, teaching is a noble profession which is highly
respected in our society. A teacher is regarded as a “mind engineer” who helps to produce the
future masters of the country. Besides good knowledge, I have the basic qualifications of a
typical teacher such as patience, honesty, kindness and a deep love for children. In economic
terms, the income from this profession is quite small, but I am not going to change my mind and
choose a better – paid job. To make my dream come true, I am trying to complete the program
in my university with the best results. In the future, I will become a good teacher.
2. Likes and dislikes about your study
To be honest, I love to study alone because when I study on my own, I can plan a personal
study schedule that works best for me. Whereas, when I study in a group, the priority is finding a
time that works for everyone, not finding a time that is most effective for studying. Therefore,
studying alone gives me the freedom to choose when, what and how I want to study. Of course,
I think I’d have to say that I’m not so into the size of the class at my university which is too
crowded and sometimes, I can’t stand staying in a classroom where I can barely hear a word of
my teacher. As well as that, the time allotted for each subject is not long enough for students to
thoroughly understand the concepts, theoretical systems and things like that. I had a really awful
experience last year. I’m running behind schedule for my final exam.
3. Absenteeism in the office
Absenteeism in the office is a pervasive issue with far-reaching consequences. It refers to the
habitual absence of employees from work without valid reasons, disrupting the smooth
functioning of the workplace. This phenomenon not only hampers productivity but also places
an undue burden on the remaining workforce. The causes of absenteeism are multifaceted,
ranging from personal health issues to job dissatisfaction.
High rates of absenteeism can lead to increased workloads for those present, negatively
impacting team morale and overall efficiency. Employers must address the root causes of
absenteeism through employee engagement initiatives, flexible work arrangements, and health
and wellness programs. Implementing a supportive work environment fosters a sense of
commitment, reducing absenteeism and promoting a healthier workplace culture. By
recognizing and mitigating absenteeism, businesses can enhance employee well-being and
ensure sustained organizational success.
4. What should employers do to “absenteeism” in the office?
It is obvious that employee absenteeism is costly since it can destroy company
morale and hurt productivity. Based on what I know, there are two methods to deal with this
employee's regular absence. First of all, many companies use filters to prevent staff from surfing
some online platforms such as social networking sites, games or recreational ones. In addition
to this, some employers even turn off coffee machines to prevent gossip. As for those, who are
deliberately against the rules, will be suspended without salary. But this is not the best solution.
The more viable way is that employers encourage their staff to socialize with colleagues by
creating more fun together at the workplace, which enables them to work comfortably, thereby
improving productivity. In conclusion, absenteeism can be avoided if business owners have a
specific strategy as well as mutually beneficial solutions.
5. Advantages of shopping online
Let's take a look at the many advantages of online shopping. First, you can shop from the
comfort of your own home, your workplace, or virtually anywhere. All you need is a device that's
connected to the internet and a convenient address where you can receive the goods that you
order. You don't have to worry about driving to a destination, paying for gas, parking, or waiting
in a line to be served. Moreover, unlike conventional stores which have opening hours, online
shopping is not limited to certain hours of the day. You can buy it at any time you choose. Last
but not least, there is no pressure from a salesperson when shopping online. You can research
for product information when necessary, without anybody trying to push you into buying
something that you don't want.
6. Disadvantages of shopping online
Online shopping sure is convenient and easy, but it also has some downsides. First, if you are
shopping online, you may have to wait for days or even weeks to get your product. Most e-
retailers don't deliver products on weekends, so you can expect a normal delivery in 3-4 days if
you are buying on weekends. Another bad thing about online shopping is you can never be sure
whether the product will reach you in one piece and without any damage. Customers often
complain about damaged or completely broken products. In fact, the products are
sometimes lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong addresses. Finally, there's a larger risk
of fraud: credit card scams, phishing, hacking, identity theft, counterfeit products, bogus
websites, and other scams are common.
7. Advantage of e-commerce
Based on what I know, e-commerce is growing, expanding day by day and it brings great
benefits to both businesses and consumers. For consumers, E-commerce allows customers to
shop anytime, anywhere for stores around the world. In traditional commerce, customers with
shopping needs must go directly to the store to choose and depend on the store's working time.
In addition, customers have more choice of product and service. Customers can easily search
for product information such as shape, color, warranty, compare price factors and benefits
before making a purchase decision. For businesses, they can easily sell to foreign markets. This
does not depend on weather conditions, language, distance… Furthermore, e-commerce helps
connecting with customers easier and more effectively. The company can inform
customers about products, promotional programs, warranty policy… or respond immediately to
customer enquiries.
8. Disadvantage of e-commerce
There is no denying that e-commerce has many benefits, but it has many disadvantages for
both businesses and consumers. For buyers, if the website has a problem or error, it will affect
the customer’s experience. Customers are unable to continue to purchase on the website. In
addition, when shopping at the store, customers can buy, pay and take the product home right
after. Meanwhile, if buying online the delivery time must be 2-3 days, even this number
can be up to several weeks. For companies, the biggest disadvantage is the high level
of competition. The application of e-commerce in business is increasingly popular. Because of
the potential as well as fast development, this field has become a “piece of cake” torn apart by
many corporations. Next is when online business companies need many highly qualified
personnel to manage and operate, this causes costly expenses.
9. Description of a memorable journey
I am writing to tell you about … I think this is my most emotional journey and one that I will
remember forever,
I had a motorbike trip with my best friend in Bavi. We departed from Hanoi at 5.30 am. It was
quite cold in the morning, and it was also dark. Neither of us knew the way to Bavi, so we used
the GG map to find the way. But a bad thing happened, I also don’t understand why our
motorbike can’t run anymore. No matter how many times we rebooted it still didn’t work. I felt
extremely stressed at that time because it is a very low-traffic street. I didn’t know what to do,
the phone had no signal, I was really helpless. We sat on the roadside for about 30 minutes and
fortunately we met 2 people who also went to Bavi, they saw us and helped us check the
motorbike. But what my friend and I didn’t expect was that my motorbike ran out of gas. We
could only look at each other and laugh in embarrassment. They shared the gas in the spare
tank with us. After that, we went to the camping site and enjoyed the beauty of wild sunflowers
in Bavi. One more thing, I also had a boyfriend on that trip. It’s great, isn’t it?
10. Procedure at the airport
When you have booked your tickets and packed your bags, all that remains is to go to the
airport and fly off to your destination. Here is our step-by-step guide to airport procedures. To
begin, you must travel to the airport via any mode of transportation, such as taxi, car or
motorcycle. When you arrive at the airport, you need to check in. You should show your booking
confirmation or ticket and hand it down. Before doing this step, check out the baggage
guidelines mentioned on your airline’s website. Then grab your boarding pass and get ready for
the security and passport check. You and your things go through a metal detector, and you
need to show your passport and visa. After that, go to the end of the baggage screening, and
claim your possessions and effects. You’ve gotten through security and waited for information
about your flight in the department lounge. The next stage is for you to go to the assigned gate
and board the plane. Finally, the plane takes off and goes to your destination.
11. Qualities for a business hotel
Today it is very simple to work away from home during a business trip. But it is not always that
simple to find the perfect hotel that matches all your preferences. Below are some of these
important qualities for a business hotel. The first, the hotel’s location. The location presents a
major criterion because it limits travel time, which means more time to work and to be
productive. In this case, the business hotel must be situated near to public transport and the
city. The opportunity of different restaurants to facilitate meeting business partners and signing
the contract and it is also important to offer free parking spaces at the hotel to guarantee a
flexible arrival by car. Second, an excellent business hotel has to offer an effective working
space, conference rooms. This includes a comfortable, well-lit desk with high-quality office
material such as sufficient opportunities to power outlets. The extensive offer of free and fast
Wifi is also an absolute must to join emergency online meetings. The last, fast services.
Business travelers are often working on short timeframes, so dry-cleaning, shoeshine services,
or room services have to be done in a short time.
12. Write about the most popular sport in your country?
It is not surprising that football is the most popular and favorite sport of Vietnamese people, this
is the attraction of the king sport. The antagonism and teamwork of this sport have a special
appeal to the Vietnamese people, consistent with the fighting spirit and solidarity that each
person has. It is not difficult to play football, just know how to play, anyone can become a player
on the pitch. However, to win against your team, each player on the team needs skill, ingenious
combination, and endurance. Therefore, winning will bring joy and excitement. Besides, high-
intensity activities with continuous running will help you train your body, the body becomes
toned, and reduce stress effectively. In particular, with the victories considered as “miracles” of
the Vietnam national U23 football team, the love for this sport was spread most strongly. From
here, the Vietnamese pay more attention and favor and the number of people setting foot on the
field has also increased markedly.

Playing exercise not only improves one's health but also reduces stress. I often play badminton
after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by
children, adults and even old people. It is an individual and team sport. It can last about an hour
and a half and needs at least two players, maybe more. Unlike football, badminton just needs a
smaller area of place to play and needs tools like rackets, balls, nets. All the 2 players have to
do is make the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it is a simple sport
without too many rules, it also takes a lot of practice and flexible skill. I feel it is a very satisfying
sport, I will stick with it for longer.
14. Employment possibilities in sport
Have you ever thought that you could transform your passion for sport into a career? Sport is
big business around the world and there are many career opportunities. And my city is no
exception. In my city, people are more and more interested in health and fitness issues and they
are not afraid to invest in a better health and better body. Therefore, the opportunities for a
personal trainer are wide open. You can work in positions such as gym manager, professional
exercise developer, and online trainer. The salary of these jobs is very favorable and attractive.
In addition, in my city people love to watch football matches, so this field is very interesting to
investors. you can do jobs related to it such as player, medical expert, trainer, ticket salesman.
