Good morning class so before we start our lesson let us pray first.

A. Prayer and Motivation
Classroom rules:

So, before we start our new lesson Let’s have a recall about the previous lesson we
discuss last meeting.
B. Review of Previous Lessons

Teacher: so, what is the purpose of Pre-assessment? (students answer)
Teacher: how about the Pre-assessment Activities? (students answer)

I will group the students into 3 groups and I will give scenarios and they act it out with
each participant playing a different role. And after the role play each member of the
group will explain the scenario they play.

Teacher: So ,Competency-Based Training (CBT) puts the focus on learners, tailoring the
training to their needs and abilities. For it to really work, trainers need to put in
thoughtful planning and preparation. This approach is quite different from the traditional
methods students are accustomed to outside of technical and voc-* education.
