guide the conversation.
7.1.1. Exam results
Course November results
Data Essentials 18,3/30
Operating Systems 21/60
Programming Essentials 44/90
7.1.2. Self-Evaluation
How do your results align with your original expectations? Were there
any surprises, either positive or negative?
I was surprised that I passed at data essentials. But I sort of expected that. I
was surprised that I got a high score at operating systems. I did not expect
that. I felt down when I did not pass programming essentials. But I also kinda
of expected that.
What results are you proud of and why?
I am proud of the results of data essentials and Operating systems. Because I
never thought I could score this high.
What results are you not proud of and why?
I am not proud of the results of the programming essentials. Because it is
lower than I thought.
Do you think you've devoted enough time and attention to each subject?
If not, how would you prioritize differently in the future?
I think if I have devoted more attention to the exercises in general. My results
could have been better. I will try to prioritise the slides and the exercises more
in the future.
7.1.3. Stressmanagement
Reflect on the day before you had an exam. Did you feel stressed on the
preparation day and/or on the day of the exam itself? If yes, what
measures did you take to manage your stress?
I felt stress and fear but eventually I managed to get my head straight to my
objectives. I used deep breathing, mantra and prayers. Not to mention that I
took pills for concentration.
Were there specific moments or triggers that elevated your stress levels
during the exam period? How did you cope with them?
Yes, there were moments in the programming essentials exam where I felt a
huge amount of stress. But I coped with them by deep breathing, mantra and
prayers during the exam.
Are there preventative measures you can take to reduce stress leading
up to future exams?
I would do more exercises during my mundane school days. That will build
my prior knowledge of the subject to prevent me from having huge amount of
stress.
7.1.4. Goals
Based on your exam results, what concrete SMART goals can you set to
improve yourself in the upcoming period?
I can set some concrete SMART: doing more exercises, focusing on more than subject
per day, simplifying the stuff in the slides using YouTube videos.
