FAQ’s
What platform is the best to focus on?
It depends on firstly where your niche is spending most of their time, your
current following & the state of the platforms.
Facebook has the easiest targeting and ways to connect. You have the
most control.
Tik Tok has the largest virality but shortest attention span. Hard to DM best
suited to a second channel.
Instagram allows you to reach more people through shoutouts, reels &
manual unfollow & follow. Stories also allow easy conversations to be
started.
Twitter is one of my favorite channels right now. The ability to grow quickly
without having to do too much work with creative is amazing. Plus the lead
quality and type of people there are fantastic.
What platform is this for?
Content & Connection is the same regardless of platforms. There are some
nuances in terms of how hot a lead is based on how the conversation is
initiated. Ie: Tik Tok usually only hotter leads will engage in the DMs

BRIEF OVERVIEW This is the most common way to start conversations. But it requires effort

Goal: book a meeting by Proposing a call.
Overcoming their (possible) resistance.
Following up.
Invitations are about how we frame booking a call with us. People are afraid to jump on a call
with a high pressure salesperson, and leave with zero value. They have previous bad
experiences, they have fears, and how we invite them to book a call will either fuel those fears,
or put them to rest.
Firstly, because we're booking a triage call in. we can advertise the fact that this is not a sales
call, because it isn't, and we can say things like:
I'm not going to pitch you
This isn’t a sales call, so you can leave your credit card at home.
Here are some of the most common ways I would invite people to a call.

How would you find it if I shared the frameworks for X, that have been working for us?

The best way to handle an objection is by preventing it. If you build genuine relationships
and actually care about the people the trust you build will outweigh any concern to jump
on a call with you

What’s the purpose of the call?
At first we will dive into your situation to see if we can help. If we can then we will lay down a
customised plan on how the process would look like for your specific situation, needs and goals,
makes sense?

I totally understand where you’re coming from,
I recently had to make a structural change in the company as I am stacked with 1 on 1 client
meetings and it was not sustainable for me anymore to a point that it wasn't even healthy
my team is amazing and they have been with me since the beggining and what I do say is that if
my team can't help for some reason in the first place, they will schedule you in with myself
does that work for you?
If people try to pitch you
Quit the conversation and focus on other leads. You can’t “convert” someone with
intentions to pitch you into buying from you (How likely is it that you will invest
high-ticket when you’re prospecting?).
Conserve your time & energy on good leads that are already looking or open to receive
your services.
“I want to start in 3 months.”
● To Do:
Send a voice note to still jump on a call this week so they can already know if they feel
like you as a coach can help them or not instead of waiting for 3 months to find out.
Example Voice Note:
“Hey name, of course no pressure at all. I was thinking if you want to start in 3 months
time we can still have a call this week just to go over exactly what I do and if I can help
you in the first place. Then at least you know what you’re working towards. Again, no
pressure, just want to make sure you’re moving in the right direction as fast as
possible.”
“I’m working with another coach”.
● To Do:
Find out when they started and if they got the results they expected when they signed
up for that coach. If not, propose to get on a call with them to help them move forward.
Have a call like any other. If they are keen on working with you, propose they cancel the
other payment installment. If people have not booked results yet with their current
program or coach.. There's a massive opportunity for you to help them so help them
make the right choices for themselves and their business.
Example:
That’s Awesome! Investing in yourself is so important to your success!

Proceed to ask about if they got the results they expected by this time yet etc.
“What's different about you compared to all other coaches?”
This is really not a plug-and-play answer.
It depends on the information you have from the person to make sure anything you say
will please them and is not something they’ve been burned on before.
● To Do:
Best is to go back to the convo and phrase it in their benefit around how you will solve
their biggest pain points that they’ve been sharing with you..
BUT if you don’t know.. the safest move you can make is to shift it back to guarantee to
be helping them until they have results.
Example:
“I mean the biggest thing always really is for me to build a relationship as that's more
valuable than anything.”
“I noticed there are lots of “big” programs out there that do really well but where people
end up like a “number” instead of genuine support and help.”
“So instead of giving you methods, information or strategies I genuinely want to make
sure you’re going to move the needle by helping you execute.”

● To Do:
Be direct with the price.
It’s good because if they book in after you mentioned the price they won’t give you price
objections. If not, it saves you a sales call with someone that can’t invest.
Use your lowest payment plan option and highest price point as the range.
Example:
“Our prices range from $1,650 to $9,500 depending on what you need help with most in
your specific situation. We also have some payment plan options to make it easier for
your cashflow.”
“Can you send me your website / more information first?”
This is good, they like you as a person already and now need more info to consider
working with you.
● To Do:
Explain why you don’t have a website and find out what type of information they like to
have. You can send that information or resources about it to them on messenger then.
Example:
“I don’t have a traditional website at the moment as I’m using Facebook mainly for my
business. What kind of information would you like to see? :).”
→ If you don’t have the resources, if you can answer their questions then answer it on
messenger.
OR
Often it will be good to explain that it’s better for them to explain it on a call..
Example:
“I’m happy to talk about it here but it depends on where you currently are to see what will help
you the most atm..

“Can you show me your client testimonials first?”
This is good as they are seriously thinking about investing in you but need more
assurance that it will be the right decision as they are afraid that they might not get
results.

“I have to wait until I have money to invest.”
Great! They are looking to invest just not now.
● To Do:
Ask them when they think they have the money and how they plan to save money to
invest. Based on their answer you can still have a call.
If it takes 2+ months, propose to stay in touch on messenger and they can ask any
questions they have here if it takes a couple of months for them to have resources.
Example:
“No worries! Appreciate the transparency :). When do you think you have finances
available to invest back into yourself and your business?”
