Hello Future IITians ,

Best daily routine for a IIT JEE aspirant,

Morning (6:00 AM - 8:00 AM):


1. Wake up early for a fresh start.
2. Begin with 30 minutes of light exercise or yoga for physical
well-being.

4. Pray to God 🙏❤🕉


3. Have a healthy breakfast to fuel your day.

5. Do some Revision & set today priorities

Study Session 1 (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM):


1. Start with a quick revision of the previous day's topics.
2. Dive into one of the core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, or
Mathematics).
3. Focus on understanding concepts, solving problems, and
practicing examples.
4. Take a 10-minute break every hour to relax and stretch.

Lunch (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM):


1. Have a nutritious lunch to recharge your energy.
2. You can also rest

Study Session 2 (12:30 PM - 3:30 PM):


1. Continue with the second core subject.
2. Concentrate on problem-solving and numerical practice.
3. Review and consolidate your understanding of key concepts.

Short Break (3:30 PM - 4:00 PM):


1. Take a short break to refresh your mind.

Study Session 3 (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM):


1. Focus on the third core subject.
2. Work on solving more complex problems and practice.
3. Make concise notes while studying for quick revision.

Chapterwise Test (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM):


1. Take chapterwise test(s) from AOTS ( ATP online test series )

2. Analyze your performance and identify areas that need
improvement.

Dinner (7:30 PM - 8:30 PM):


1. Have a light and balanced dinner to aid digestion.

Revision and Self-Assessment (8:30 PM - 9:30 PM):


1. Revise the topics you studied during the day.
2. Solve a few more practice questions.
3. Set goals for the next day's study.

Relaxation (9:30 PM - 10:30 PM):


1. Engage in a relaxing activity like reading, listening to music, or
meditation to unwind.
2. Interact with family , good friends etc

Sleep (10:30 PM):


1. Ensure you get at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep for proper
rest and memory consolidation.

Adjust the routine as needed to accommodate school or


coaching classes .

Regularly taking chapterwise tests from AITS will help you track
your progress and improve your performance in the JEE Main
exam.
