I. READING COMPREHENSION

If you want to stay healthy and keep fit, you need to follow certain rules :

(1)Start eating healthier: A healthy person follows a balanced diet. This means that, onthe one hand, you should
eat different food groups. These food groups include grains, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and chicken, dairy
products...etc, because they contain a lot of vitamins and proteins. On the other hand, you should avoid unhealthy food
like junk food and packaged food. It’s true that they are so tasty, but they are harmful for your health. Not only this, but
you also have to drink water and juice instead of soda.Drinking a lot of water is very important because it flushes the
toxins out of your body and gives your skin a healthy glow.

(2) Start exercising more: Whether it’s walking in the park, dancing or playing sports, you should at least do 20
minutes of physical activities several times a week. It’s not necessary to go to the gym, but you can do sport at home, or
rather walk in the forest or in the street. As you know, exercising makes people fit and in a good shape because it helps in
burning calories. So, if you exercise, you will not be too fat or too skinny.

(3) Get enough sleep: Sleeping early and getting up early is another crucial thing to maintain a good health. It
helps you improve your concentration and makes you feel great. However, staying up late and waking up late can make
you feel dizzy and lead to a lack of focus.
