Part -I Instruction: During evaluation of the investment project proposal,


consider the following points
1) For the given investment project proposal,

1.1 Assess and Identify the Strength and Weakness of the proposed proposal
by looking at each of the feasibility analysis aspects like:
● Market and Demand analysis,
● Technical Analysis,
● Financial Analysis,
● Organizational and Managerial Analysis,
● Environmental Analysis,
● Economic Analysis,
● Social and Cultural Analysis
● Institutional and Legal Aspect Analysis,
● etc.

● Assess whether these project feasibility analysis aspects are


adequately addressed in the proposal or not.
● Assess and evaluate also whether these feasibility analysis aspects are
in depth and in line with the requirements, principles and techniques
found in a good project proposal.

1.2 Assess and evaluate to what extent the project proposal objective is
SMART.
1.3 Assess and evaluate whether a proposal also incorporate various sub-plan
like budget plan, work plan, etc
1.4 Assess and evaluate the way the proposal be written: See the procedures,
sequences of topics, clarity, simplicity, flow, availability of required
contents, etc.

PART-II: When you write your own report based on your assessment and
evaluation, the report should have at least the following components
1. Executive summary
2. Table of Content
3. Objectives
4. Body part where you discuss your detail evaluation regarding each
aspect of project feasibility analysis
5. Conclusion
6. Your Recommendation

WARNING:

1. Copping the work of others fully or partly seriously forbidden. This is not tolerable
by no means. It leads to automatic zero result.
2. The cover page should contain at least
● YIC log,
● Title of the evaluated Investment proposal
● Student’s name, and
● ID Number

● Submissions should be made on your LMS only.


● File name should contain your name and your ID No.
