Teacher's Activity
A. Motivation
Class, look around you. Of all that God has created
what do you appreciate most?
All the things that we see on earth were created by
God. Now, do you know, what was the first thing
he created, the second, the third... and the last
thing he created?
So let's watch this video presentation which shows
how God created the Earth. But before that, what
are the things that we should remember when
watching the video class?
شده دلت
Very Good!
Have you understood the video class?
Now, let's try to test your memory. I have a chart
here. Let's try to fill the missing things that were
created in the days of creation. What does he
created on the 1st day?
Let's try to find if your answers are correct.
Let watch the video clip again.
Ok class let's try to find if your answers are correct.
Let's watch the video clip again.
Learner's Activity
Learner's answers may vary)
No, Ma'am.
We should be attentive and we should also write some
important notes from the video clip Ma'am.
Yes Ma'am.
B. Presentation
Now, let's go back to the chart class. Beside from
the pictures of the things that God has created,
what else have you observed?
That's a very good observation! Do you have any
idea on how these numbers are called class?
This would be our lesson for today. These numbers
are called ordinal numbers. Let's find out how they
are being used.
C. Discussion
For you to understand what ordinal numbers are,
let's watch this video clip.
According to what you have watched, what are
ordinal numbers class?
Correct! What are the examples of ordinal
numbers?
Very good! In the video, who is the 1st one to reach
the school bus?
Exactly. How about the boy with the brown bag?
Right! How about the girl with an orange bag?
Good! To better understand what ordinal numbers
are, I have here a model of caterpillar. Do you know
what caterpillars are? What do they eat?
Absolutely! So, let's see what did the caterpillar eat
firs, second or last.
(The teacher will post the caterpillar.)
What did it eat first?
How about the 4th vegetable that he ate?
Very good! How about the 10th or the last one that
it ate?
You said it right!
