Job Description

Job Objective We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer
with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team. As an
NLP specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying
NLP-based solutions that extract insights from unstructured text data and enhance
our products and services mainly able to deal with Resumes. Skills Nlp Machine
Learning transformer Python Tensorflow Responsibilites Develop and implement
NLP models and algorithms to process and analyze unstructured text data, including
tasks such as sentiment analysis, text classification, named entity recognition, and
text summarization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business
requirements and design NLP solutions that address specific use cases and
problems. Preprocess and clean large-scale text datasets to prepare them for NLP
tasks, including tokenization, stemming, and lemmatization. Train, fine-tune, and
optimize NLP models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks like
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or spaCy. Work with various machine learning and deep
learning approaches, such as transformer models (BERT, GPT-3), recurrent neural
networks (RNNs), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Explore and
implement cutting-edge research papers and NLP advancements to improve model
performance and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. Evaluate
and benchmark the performance of NLP models, conduct A/B testing, and make
data-driven decisions to improve accuracy and efficiency. Deploy NLP models into
production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-time inference
capabilities. Conduct data analysis and visualization to gain insights into model
performance and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements.
Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to
integrate NLP functionalities into existing applications and build new NLP-driven
products. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,
Machine Learning, NLP, or related fields. A Ph.D. is a plus. Solid understanding of
natural language processing concepts, techniques, and methodologies. Proficiency
in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning
libraries like scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, or gensim. Hands-on experience in building
and deploying NLP models in real-world applications. Familiarity with deep learning
frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for NLP tasks. Knowledge of data
preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Strong
problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
environment. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure,
GCP) and knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus. Publications or
contributions to NLP-related research or open-source projects is an advantage.
