Frontline Response Section (FRS)
FRS is the main combat unit of SG, specializing in killing titans. This section
consists of two main squadrons that differ in utilization during operations.
● 1e Alpha
One of the two main titan killing squadrons, tasked with defending the
walls from titan-related threats.
● 2e Bravo
One of the two main titan killing squadrons, tasked with defending the
walls from titan-related threats.
Domestic Operations Squadron (DOS)
DOS is the interior based unit, specialized in civilian interactions and high risk
situations inside the walls. The unit consists of one two sub-squadrons. DOS
recruits through applications and/or tryouts.
● Investigation
Consists of individuals focused on civilian interactions, investigation
of crimes and handling negotiations with hostiles.
● Strike
Unit dedicated to PvP combat, prepared to take on dangerous tasks
and guarding important assets while looking for active threats.
Miscellaneous squads
6
Within the Stationary Guard, two squads are fully disconnected from the two
sections: Vanguard and the Recruit Advisory
● Vanguard (VG)
Vanguard is an elite squad that deals with both titans and PVP
situations. They exclusively recruit through tryouts and are known to
only accept the most skilled SG members. Only those ranked Private
First Class or above with 50+ talents may try out for this squad.
● Recruit Division
Recruit Division consists of the Recruits and the Recruit Instructors.
Recruits are the new members of SG, whilst Recruit Instructors are the
individuals tasked with ensuring any Recruits that rank up to Private
are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
Sub-squadrons
Alongside the main squads, there are also three sub-squads within the Stationary
Guard. All 3 sub-squads may be joined alongside one's main squad without a
need to transfer. Being part of the sub-squad’s section is not required.
● Expeditionary Guard Unit (EGU)
EGU is a sub-squad of FRS specialized in short expeditions outside
the walls. They enforce a kill requirement of 500 titans and a
minimum of 3 weeks of being alive in order to be recruited.
● Tactical Assistance Squadron (TAS)
TAS is the supportive sub-squadron of SRU. This sub-squadron deals
with medical necessities and refill support. They are also dedicated to
enhancing technology through research. Anyone is allowed to join
through closed applications.
● Cannoneers
7
Cannoneers are individuals who have undergone special training on
how to use cannons and have gained approval of their respective
squad command. Anyone within SG may attend the tryouts whenever
they’re hosted.
V. Normal Titans
___________________________________________________________________
Things to Know
Titans come in various shapes and sizes, it’s important to know how to engage
each type. Additionally, damage to titans is primarily based on your velocity.
● Mindless Titans
○ Large titans are, as the name implies, tall. The taller a titan is the
slower it moves around the field. Use this to your advantage when
splitting hoards.
○ Small titans are faster than their larger counterparts, they move
quicker and are often easier to split from a hoard due to their speed.
● Abnormals
○ Abnormals are titans that fling their arms around. They have the
ability to predict your movement faster and oftentimes they hurt
more than their mindless counterparts. Be sure you’re engaging
abnormals with a team as they have higher health and thus require
more damage to kill.
● Crawlers
○ Crawlers move on 4 legs and utilize a leap ability. The safest way to
engage a crawler is to bait out its jump ability and downspike it. You
8
never want to engage a crawler on your own, make sure you have
teammates nearby to assist.
IV. Animal Titans
___________________________________________________________________
Things to Know
Animal titans come in 3 variants, each with their own unique set of skills.
Engaging them is dangerous and requires extensive teamwork and coordination.
● Bear Titan
○ Bear titans are characterized by their brute strength. They do not
grab people, instead they utilize a powerful swipe capable of killing
someone in a single hit. Additionally, bears have a large health pool,
you will want multiple people around in order to kill one.
● Eagle Titan
○ Eagle titans are faster than the average titan and can utilize a small
“flight” ability. They are extremely agile and can both grab and eat
players. They have a slightly lower health pool than a bear titan,
however multiple engagers are still recommended.
● Moose Titan
○ The Moose titan has antlers and can utilize a charge ability to do
extreme amounts of damage. It has more health than the average
abnormal titan and has all the same abilities as your average
abnormal.
