deliver, and receive all documents and to do all acts necessary and in connection thereto;
2. To transact/process/arrange/settle / fill out and sign forms all the necessary fees and
documentary requirements for the SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF contributions and deductions;
3. To transact/process/arrange/settle / fill out and sign forms related to the processing of the
Barangay Permit and/or Barangay Clearance;
4. To transact/process/arrange/settle / fill out and sign forms related to the processing of the
Business Permit;

Herein NORMITA MENDOZA and JOHN ERNEST CUBOL are hereby authorized to process the
aforementioned tasks for the following companies, to wit:

2. Nova Aurora Technologies, Inc.
3. Purple Lotus, Opc

and perform any and other acts that are required and necessary to be done. Herein powers are hereby
