children, and instead parents should stay calm and kind when children misbehave.
According to the author, this is because punishments are limited at changing behavior,
and in fact create even more misbehavior. I will critically look at the advice in this article
using the class teachings and relevant literature.

article is that disciplining children does not improve their behavior. One of the most
famous researchers into the nature of punishment was B.F. Skinner, a behavioral
psychologist. Skinner believed that well learned associations between causes and

people, movable equipment) b) Dead loads (weight of floor construction itself)
Floor system transfers loads to: beam column or bearing walls.

A construction, on ground level or at an upper level of a building or structure, on which

people walk or place furniture or appliances.
It is part of a room or space that forms it s lower enclosing surface.

Humans themselves no longer follow natural selection or evolution. This is because they
have risen to the top of the world s hierarchy and does what no other organism does,

written by Voltaire both have rules, but in one story the rules were followed and the other
rules were broken.
In the poem The Ballad of Birmingham A girls wants to go to a march but she is not
allowed, instead she is told to go to church she follows the rulers and she gets killed, says
in the poem on lines 31 and 32 ¨O, here s the shoe my baby wore, But, baby, where are
you. In the story Candide a boy does not follow rules in a castle and gets kicked out of
the castle states in the story on paragraph 8 ¨Baron Thunder ten Tronckh passed near the
screen and beholding this cause and effect caused Candide from the castle with great

commodity. More than 2.25 billion cups of coffee are consumed every day. Over 90% of
coffee is produced in developing countries, and millions of small producers income
comes from growing coffee. Coffee is produced and exported mostly from South
American countries, while mainly industrialized countries are the ones importing the
most coffee. Worldwide, 25 million small producers rely on coffee for a living, and in
Brazil, over 5 million people are employed by the commodity. Brazil is the top country in
exporting coffee and is where almost a third of the whole world s production of coffee is.
Coffee is a more labor intensive work culture than other commodities like sugar cane or
cattle because it is not automated work and requires attention.
It is a major export commodity and was the top agricultural export for 12 countries in
2004. It was the second most valuable commodity exported by developing countries from
1970 to 2000. World coffee production predicted for 2017/18 is 159 million bags which
is the same as the last year because lower output in Brazil is offset by higher production
in Vietnam, Mexico, and Indonesia and slight increases in other countries. World exports
of green coffee are expected to stay steady with 111 million bags. Global consumption is
estimated to be a record 158 million bags so ending inventories are expected to decrease
to 34 million bags after being higher the previous 5 years. The countries that exported the
highest dollar value worth of coffee during the year 2016 are Brazil, Vietnam, Columbia,
Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Indonesia. Brazil accounted for 15.9% of total coffee
exports, which was 5.2 billion dollars. Brazil s Arabica output is forecast to drop 5.1
million bags to 40.5 million. Coffee trees in top growing regions in Brazil, Southern

noteworthy mathematicians and their contributions to the solution and their
understanding of the cubic equation is included. Also included is an example of a cubic

Introduction
Building on the successes of their ancient predecessors the mathematicians of the
European Renaissance searched for an algebraic solution to the cubic equation. The
ancient Egyptian and Babylonian mathematicians produced solutions for the linear and
quadratic equations. By 628, Brahmagupta, the Indian mathematician, developed the
general quadratic formula for solving a quadratic equation. In the eighth century, the
great Persian mathematician, Al Kharizmi, offered a solution to the quadratic equation by
completing the square. But solving the cubic equation or finding the zeroes of the
polynomials of degree three evaded the great mathematicians. Omar Khayyan, the
Islamic poet, astronomer, and mathematician attempted to find a general algebraic
solution to the cubic equation but was able to only offer a geometric solution for a
specific cubic equation. During the Renaissance, Tartaglia, Cardano, Viete, Fermat, and
