VIII. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course deals on the employee performance in organization, problems faced by the managers and suggested best practices
benchmarked from successful and productive organizations. It also deals on topics about corporate values and cultures and its effects to
governance. The course will provide students with tasks on situational analysis of cases that is happening in business and government
agencies to give them insights and ideas on how to make decisions to improve organizational performance and productivity.
