In the model of Personalized Research, it explains that It is acceptable for individuals to

research job development options that they may have discovered to be intriguing and

advantageous for their own interests and personal advancement. Their schools or districts help

them by giving them the time and, on occasion, the cash they need to take advantage of these

opportunities. For services offered personally or professionally by peers or leaders, this is the

second one according to Manase, through assessments performed before to, throughout, and

following implementation, the success of the action plan is determined. The students prior

knowledge will be revealed via the pre-assessment. The educator will be better able to plan

classes as a result. The midpoint evaluation will indicate whether or not there has been progress.

The improvement should be noticeable halfway through the action plan's implementation. The

instructor must design a backup plan to get all kids back on track if there is little to no change.

The test to determine if the action plan was successful or not is the post assessment. It will

demonstrate if the action plan was effective and whether or not the pupils met the goals of the

plan.

The third one is Workshops and PD’s, this one is when School leadership provides

sufficient support for professional development. Each content area committee is responsible to

provide a PD for staff including ELA, Math, Social Studies, Science, PE/Health, Music/Art and

Samoan studies. The last one is ELL Community Service/activity. This one explains, teachers

and administrators organize committees to discuss issues, evaluate the situation, and make

recommendations for or choices regarding necessary reforms.
