February 10, 2024 1030H, JO1 Kristine Ciarra B Nicolas, under the strategic
leadership of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, Acting Jail Warden conducted screened a
film and led a discussion regarding DILG’s Advocacy on Preventing and Countering
Violent Extremism (PCVE) to thirty-two (32) male PDL.
February 15, 2024 0830H, JO2 Harold Shean B Enomis, the Unit Paralegal, under
the guidance of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, Acting Jail Warden, conducted film
viewing to thirty-two (32) male PDL male PDL regarding DILG’s Advocacy on
Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE).
February 18, 2024 1230H, Kristine Ciarra Nicolas and JO1 Adrian Jonas Tajuna,
personnel of this unit, under the guidance of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, Acting Jail
Warden, distributed leaflets to the Locals of the Brgy. Cabalanggan, Bantay, Ilocos
Sur regarding DILG’s Advocacy on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism
(PCVE). Forty-five (45) residents benefited from this activity.
February 19, 2024 1100H, A film screening and discussion were conducted
regarding DILG’s Advocacy on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE)
to thirty-two (32) male PDL by JO1 Marc Gumsat, PDL Records Officer of this unit,
under the leadership of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, the Municipal Jail Warden.
February 19, 2024 1300H, JO1 Cresensio D Ratuita, personnel of Bantay Municipal
Jail, under the strategic leadership of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, Acting Jail
Warden, screened a film and led a discussion regarding DILG’s Advocacy on
Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE) with thirty-two (32) male PDL.
February 19, 2024 1400H, JO1 Marc Gumsat, under the guidance of JINSP JOEL A
GUILLERMO, Acting Jail Warden, held a discussion and distributed flyers regarding
DILG’s Advocacy on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE) to the
locals of Brgy. Aggay, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. A total of fifteen (10M/5F) individuals
benefited from the activity.
February 19, 2024 1400H, JO1 Cresensio D Ratuita, personnel of Bantay Municipal
Jail, under the guidance of JINSP JOEL A GUILLERMO, Acting Jail Warden, went to
Brgy. Hall of Aggay, Bantay, Ilocos Sur to distribute the IEC materials reproduced by
the bureau given by DILG Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism-Program
Management Office (PCVE-PMO). Twenty (20) locals of the area benefited from the
activity.
