This document is a replacement cost endorsement that amends an insurance policy. It specifies that in the event of a loss, the insurer will pay the cost to repair, replace, or rebuild the damaged property, rather than actual cash value. The replacement must be done promptly and on the same site. The insurer's liability is limited to the policy limit, replacement cost of the damaged item, or amount actually spent on repairs. All other policy terms remain the same.
