*1st Scene*

(Aaron & Noreen walking home from school)

Aaron: You know, tomorrow’s looking pretty dull. What do you say we spice things up a bit?

Noreen: I’m intrigued. What’s on your mind?

Aaron: Well, our friends are hitting that new spot after class. I’m thinking we join them and ditch the last
couple of periods.

Noreen: Cutting class? It’s been a long time since we’ve done that.

Aaron: Come on, Noreen! When was the last time we did something spontaneous?

Noreen: True, it has been a while. But isn’t that risky?

Aaron: Nah, we’re pros at this. Plus, it’s just once. Live a little!

Noreen: Alright, let’s do it. But we better have a good excuse ready.

Aaron: I knew I could count on you! We’ll come up with something genius.

*2nd Scene*

Renz: Look who decided to join the rebels! Aaron and Noreen, the model students.

Aaron: Well, even models need a day off, right?

Noreen: Reputation well earned, my friend. You know us, always breaking the rules, but still deemed as
the stars.

Lebron: Welcome back to the dark side. It’s been a while, try not to cough.

Aaron: I’ve got this.

Lance: Well, well, look who’s here together. Aaron and Noreen sitting in a tree.

Noreen: Chemistry? You must be imagining things.

Renz R: Oh Aaron, seems like you’re not feeling well. Are you alright?

Aaron: Ah yes, don’t worry. Just seems a little under the weather.

Aaron: Uhm I have no updates from her. Maybe she’s just late? Excuse me for a while.

Renz R: They really are the best friends. I wonder when they will become a couple.

Thea: It’s been a couple of weeks. Noreen’s been absent for so long. Is she alright?

Ace: Wait, Aaron. Haven’t you talk to her?

Grachelle: How about we go to her house after class?

Aaron: Wait, we should probably let her be?

Ace: You’ve got a point, maybe it’s a private matter. We’ll count on you to give us an update, okay?

Aaron: Oh uhm excuse me for a minute. Noreen? What are you doing here? I’m playing!

Noreen: This can’t wait! We need to talk!

Aaron: About what? That was just a one time thing! You haven’t talk to me for weeks! Everybody’s
asking.

Noreen: Aaron, listen, promise me that you won’t get mad.

Aaron: Just say it.

Noreen: I’m pregnant

Aaron: What?
Noreen: I’m 3 weeks pregnant, Aaron!

Aaron: What do you want me to do?!

Noreen: What the heck?! Of course, take responsibility! You are the father after all!

Aaron: Are you certain I am the father? I’m just a student!

Noreen: Are you insane?! I only did it with you!

Aaron: Abort it.

Noreen: Whut?

Aaron: Abort that child. Kill it, I don’t care. Don’t let anyone know about this.

Noreen: But that’s a sin! I am not a murderer!

Aaron: Okay, choose. That life or your life?! Think about what others would say! What about our image?

Noreen: Wait, Aaron! Please, let’s talk it out!

Aaron: What’s the commotion?

Renz R: It’s Noreen! She’s back!

Aaron: What the hell are you doing here?! Are you just gonna display your pregnancy?!

Noreen: I’m here to talk to you! Let’s fix this!

Aaron: I already told you, I don’t want anything to do with that child!

Noreen: I’m gonna do it! I can’t lose my life. Just, help me with this.

Aaron: Okay, that’s good. I know I can count on you. We can do this. Let’s think of a way. Come on, let’s
go back to class.

Lhiela: Good morning, class. As you all know, we will be starting our exam week, so I hope everyone’s
studying. Then next week would probably the announcement of our honors, I’m looking forward to your
high grades especially that the last batch’s valedictorian is from this very class.

Dhennice: Don’t worry, Ma’am! Althea can handle that!

Keith: That’s an automatic 100 for sure!

Camille: We’re waiting for your libre

Althea: So, are you the father?

Althea: Oh please, I’m not dumb. There have been signs.

Noreen: Don’t say this to others, please. We can’t afford to stain our reputation.

Althea: They will know eventually, not unless???

Lenor: Yes, that’s the only way

Althea: Well, who am I to stop you? I actually know someone that might help you.

Lenor: Really? Who?

Althea: It’s safe don’t worry, she’s a good and reliable doctor.

Noreen: So what do we need to do?

Althea: Just meet me after class. Careful, parents

Althea: We’re here.

Noreen: Are you sure it’s safe?

Althea: It would be like nothing ever happened

Aaron: Oh just shut up, Bataan. You and your goddamn pride

Noreen: Let’s just get this over

Althea: Hey, Doc. Miss me?

Katelyn: I received your message. Is that them?

Althea: Yes, can you do it?

Katelyn: When did I fail you? Let’s start?

Harvey: What time is it, Nichole?

Althea: Just had some errands, I had to help some classmates

Angela: Helping some classmates? What about yourself?

Inyang: Are you sure? I just asked your teacher for updates, heard it’s your exam week

Harvey: Seems like you’re not studying for it. Are you going to let yourself fail?

Althea: I’m handling it

Inyang: You better make sure that you can handle it. Look at your sister, always been the highest in her
batch, and yet is not as busy as you

Harvey: That’s right. Angela never came home late, never got tardy, always studying in her room, how
about you?

Angela: Maybe she thinks that she can handle it easily. There are a lot of competitions out there,
Nichole. Many are just waiting to grab the opportunity to grab your spot.

Althea: They won’t, I am still at the top

Angela: You better be. You need that to enter a good university like mine.

Harvey: That’s enough. Don’t waste any time, go and study for your tests.

Keith: Probably in 30 minutes, sit next to me

Althea: I’m not sure, I didn’t get enough sleep and review last night
