My strongest area of fitness is strength and suppleness but I have chosen to carry on improving this

and when you have to be static when receiving a pass from your teammate. Here is how I can test
these elements to provide a base data to assess whether my programme is successful or not. Using
this formation leaves a lot space in wide areas for the left and right midfielder to attack as well as the
