Block chain is a Blockchain helps to
decentralized and public maintain the records of the
digital ledger that records patient .It contains the past
transactions on many treatment records of the
computers, so that no patient. Records of the

with block chain technology in it.0ur web application
delivers the records of each patient separately who has
a unique id .The unique id may be different of different
countries like Aadhar card in India , Green card in USA
and many more . If we just enter the unique id then it
would generate all the details of the past treatment and
medical records of the patient. Even we can get the
details of past doctor who treated the patient.

Current status
The project is under development. We are
trying to include new features which would
enhance the project to its further extinct.

Future status
By Using this technology we can more
efficiently treat the patients. We can
even make this web application user
friendly language and we can improve the
UI and UX design.

Applications
▸ Store information of an individual patient : Before and after the different clinical study phases, a
significant amount of patient information and health data is generated. There are many people's blood
tests, quality assessments, estimates, and wellness polls. It can provide results that show the existence
of some document or record.

▸ Health record keeping : Blockchain can be a perfect technology for record-keeping in the medical world.
Its applications include sharing healthcare data, keeping electronic healthcare records, managing
insurance, and performing administrative tasks.

▸ Patient monitoring : A Blockchain's trust allows medical professionals to ensure they have access to
medical equipment when necessary. Doctors may also be more time-consuming to watch patients and
react distantly to health-related incidents.
