Field Assembling-type Fiber Fast Connector
Assembling Operational Instruction

Thank you for purchasing and using the product. For using
the product properly, please read this operational instuction
carefully before installment and usage.
1 SC/PC uses the blue shell, SC/APC shell using the Green Party.
2. This product is suitable for 3.0*2.0mm cable, 3.0mm cable.
3. Please ensure that the construction environment should
be within the allowable range.
4.Failure to follow "Operational Instruction", all the problems
caused by users will be at your own risk.
5. All the tools involved in this Operational Instruction should
be configured by users themselves.
6. The average insertion loss values is smaller or equal to
0.25db (typical 0.2db), the average return loss value is more
than or equal to 45db.

Assembly operation process:

1. split products, take the square case,


unscrew the threaded sleeve.

2.The threaded sleeve is sheathed in the


cable.

3. Insert the rubber-insulated wire into the


covered wire stripping device. The
stripping length of rubber-insulated
wire should be more than or equal to 45mm.

4. put covered wire into the guide rail,then strip coating layer
form the 1 mm position of the top inside of the guide rail
by miller clamp

5. Clean cloth with alcohol all-round clean bare fiber

6. after putting the rubber-insulated wire into guide rail ,


then go on to cut as the picture
7. Prefabricated fiber to penetrate. The products, hand pinch
flex and tail, the fiber lines of the
micro bending, bending height is
about 2mm.

8. The push push to the top lines, closed end cap, hands
clenched tail cover.

9. Screw on the screw sleeve, sleeve SC shell, assembled


(use pull off the dust cap).

Repeat on operational processes:

1 Put on the dust cap, remove SC square case.

2.Push the hand slap to the bottom of the antenna unit


circle.

3. Unscrew the threaded sleeve and gently pull out the cable
to finish the restart.
