THEORY EXAMINATION. THOSE WHO HAVE SECURED SGPA 6.5 and MORE IN
4th sEMESTER ExAMINATIoN 2023, THEy wILL suBMIT THE pRoJECT pApER/
AND YM-VOCE IN THE CONCERNED PAPER. (T'his is applicable to the Z}Zt A.B.
Regular Students). 20t9 &2020 A.B. (Back) students will appear DSE-IV Project paper as
per their previous year's notification. 2018 A. B. (Back) students will appear DSE-IV

2. Any Omission/Commission/Clash may kindly be brought to the notice of the Controller of
Examinations, Utkal University immediately otherwise the University shall not be held
re-sponsible in future.
3. The Centre Superintendents are requested to ensure that the papers of the above
Examinations are correctly filled in by the candidate, as per the programme.
4. The theory answer script for DSE-IV paper (will be evaluated at the college level by the
concerned faculties. Honorarium may be paid to the examiner as per earlier notification i.e.@
Rs.30/- per answer script from the Project Paper fees collected from the students during the
form fill-up.
5. The Mark Entry through uuems portal for (l) Internal Assessment (2) Project paper Viva-
Voce of DSE-IV (3) Practical Examination & (4) Theory Examination of DSE-IV paper
should be completed within 5 days on completion of the Internal/practical/project
examinations positively. Failing which, the result of the final semester will be withheld for
defaulter colleges.
