II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 Focus Group Discussion involves organized discussion with a


selected group of individuals to gain information about their views
and experiences. It is particularly suited for obtaining several
perspectives about the same topic. It helps in gaining insights into
people’s shared understanding of everyday life and the ways in
which individuals are influenced by others in a group situation.

 The FGD conducted last March 30, 2023 was held at the school
office and started at exactly 11:30 o’clock in the morning.

 There were 8 identified attendees during the FGD. Each stakeholder


was allowed to share his/her concern for the benefit of the school.

 All in all, the conduct of the FGD was successful.

III. The highlight of the activity was the pledges and solutions given by
the representatives.
