D. Lack of cooperation from the members.
4. If you were a group leader, would you also present the report the way they did?
A. Like what they did, I will use appropriate multimedia resource. However,
I will make sure that the downloaded materials are just supplements and
will never be used to replace me as a reporter.
B. Yes, it is a nice idea to search a video and let my classmates understand
the content of the video.
C. No, I will use podcast for a change.
D. No, I will not use multimedia resources. I will just read the characters
from the book. Using multimedia resources is time-consuming.

The students play a big role in saving our environment. It starts at home: the
students should not forget to segregate the trash in the waste basket before having
the garbage collector collect it. Then, while at school, the students should
participate actively in symposia and other similar activities organized by other
students who, like them, advocate a clean and healthy environment. Lastly, before
going home, the students should make a pledge to protect the environment
whenever possible. Truly, when the future is at stake, the whole student body could
really help a lot.

Game Addiction, Cyberbullying, and their Effects on Academic Performance of
Students
Mobile game addiction is a growing concern that increases the user’s risk for
physical and psychological health problems. Video game is part of the so-called
Internet Gaming Disorder (IGD) and is often associated with gambling addiction. In
general, IGD has been linked to a poorer academic performance of students in
educational institutions. However, a study conducted by Samantha and Hawi (2016)
revealed that there is no relationship between smartphone addiction risk and
academic performance. This denotes a disparity in the result of academic
performance between IGD and mobile phone addiction. Cyberbullying, on the other
hand, is also an ethical concern that has affected several adolescents and adults.
Previous studies on traditional bullying and cyberbullying revealed that both can
greatly impact the school performance of students among others. As far as the
present study is concerned, no studies have been conducted which determine
whether mobile game addiction and cyberbullying are causal factors for the
academic performance of students. Both cyberbullying and mobile game addiction
were neglected as causal factors for the students’ academic performance.
