Aim :-Prepare an attendance sheet and test marks record in excel using formula
2.1) Course out comes.
3.0) Proposed Methodology.
1. First we got the title of micro project from our subject teacher.
2. Then we collected the information about Microsoft excel.
3. Then we studied different formulas for calculating marks and entering roll numbers.
4. Then we type the required Part: -A and B.
5. After finishing all the typing, we arrange all the data in paper arrangement.
6. We selected proper margin font, lay out, A4 size etc.
7. At last we take the printout of the micro project and submitted to subject teacher .

• A spreadsheet is an interactive computer application for organization, analysis and
storage of data in tabular form. Spreadsheets are developed as computerized
simulations of paper accounting worksheet
• A spreadsheet is a computer application or program that simulates a physical
spreadsheet by capturing displaying, and manipulation data arrange in rows and
columns.
• Microsoft Excel application is developed and marketed by Microsoft Inc, for
windows Mac OS, for Cloud computing and android users .
• In the excel spreadsheet users can do all kind of mathematical, financial, logical
calculation, data manipulation, data analysis and visualization of information in
quick ways.
• Excel is used by students, teacher, job seekers, manager, entrepreneurs, companies,
retailers distributor's, freelance, blogger's and housewife etc, in their daily life
• Microsoft Excel First version was released 31 years ago on September 30, 1985.
Today, the latest version one can download is version 16.0 or Excel 2016.
• Commonly people download and buy complete MS-office, because Microsoft
Office includes all official application such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint,
Excel,Publisher, Outlook etc., in one complete software pack
