A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) FOR CY 2024 OF BARANGAY
BADAS, CITY OF MATI, DAVAO ORIENTAL IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY
TWO AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (P645,722.60) .
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, requires the formulation and
adoption of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP);
WHEREAS, the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) serves as the blueprint of the priority programs, projects and
activities that will promote and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate change adaptation,
disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health and anti-drug abuse, gender sensitivity, sports development,
and capability building which emphasizes leadership and training; and
WHEREAS, inclusion of the programs, projects and activities in the ABYIP 2024 shall be the basis of funding in the 2024 Sangguniang
Kabataan Annual Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Don Martin Marundan, City of
Mati, Davao Oriental to “Approve the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program for CY 2024 of Barangay Don Martin
Marundan.”
RESOLVED FUTHER, to furnish copies of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) for CY 2024 to Punong Barangay Claro
B. Meranda, Barangay Treasurer Jennifer L. Obera, and members of the Sangguniang Barangay for their information and guidance.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to post a copy of the ABYIP 2024 in the bulletin board of the barangay in compliance to full disclosure policy.
