Speaking

…..
Hi, goodmorning
….
Today, we will discuss about this opinion. Some people argue that…
I totally agree with you

1. The best way to kill an idea is to bring it to a meeting. Do you agree? Why?
->I agree with you to some extent. How ever
-> I don’t agree with your opinion.
-> because in my opinion the idea of each person will provide information related to the issues in the
meeting. Such ideas might be helpful for the problem-solving process since it creates multi-
dimensional, multi-faceted view that will help us make the final decision
-> that’s my opinion, what about you?

2. How important is it to have level of stress at work

->stress at work if not well controlled will cause series of negative effects on self and work
performance.
-> for health, it makes mental health worse, serious health decline, risk of developing mental disease,
cardiovascular disease, digestive problems
-> for work, suffering from stress will make employees impossible to concentrate highly, causing lack
of alertness, so it is easy to make mistakes at work

3. What are some possible ways that companies can do to grow

->the most important thing for the development of the company is to come up with the best business
strategy and I will outline my strategies
->set scalable goals (because it helps define the route needed to complete, shortening the time. As a
result, the company can achieve its goals earlier than planned)
product upgradation (you provide or add new products. Adding a new product will be a great
opportunity to grow the company)
build a strong business network (help attract customer, potential investors this is an effect way to help
great growth for the company)

4. Should companies be owned by their staff? Why?

->I think companies should be owned by their staff. This is because these staff have spent years in the
company, thus understanding more about the company than the outsiders. They grasp what that place
needs. Letting an unfamiliar person run the business can lead to a change in work nature or the culture
of the company.

5. What five qualities do you think will best help managers succeed in their job?
-> in my opinion, five qualities that help managers succeed in their job are authentic, know how to
communicate, know how to listen, lead with confidence, take care of their teams.
-> that’s my opinion, what about you?
-> why do you think lead with confidence are help managers succeed in their job?
-> I think the confidence you develop as a leader can also have a ripple effect and inspire more
confidence in your employees.

6. Do you like working under pressure? Why?

->I think I like working under pressure
-> because there is no life without pressure, pressure is a part of life because the pressure is key to
success. Also thanks to it, I am able to push myself to develop skills and discover more knowledge,
more opportunities to show off your skills or the best version of your self
-> when you wanted to achieve something and love what you do, the universe will help you to do it

7. Talk about your dream job

->my dream job is to become a freelance designer. I can work from home and have flexible working
time. I also would love to wander around to come up with idea and inspiration for my project. Besides
that, compared to working for a company, I think being a freelancer would be more profitable.
8. Should staff be allowed to work from home? Why?
->I think staff should be allowed to work from home
-> in my opinion, there are 2 advantages of employees working from home: it save money and time
(because it’s more convenient since they no longer commute between home and work);
increased productivity (some people might find it easier to concentrate when working in a comfortable
surrounding)

9. What is the most stressful thing you have ever experienced? What happened?
->I think the thing that makes me feel the most stressed is the study pressure
-> it happens when everyone around me is very good, competition scares me, peer pressure makes me
nervous, I don’t know if my direction is right or not. The imbalance between study and personal life
makes me feel even more stressed
-> To relieve my stress, I hanged out a lot during that time. Besides that, instead of suffering from it on
my own, I consulted people around for advice and turned peer-pressure into motivation to grow myself.

10.What should you do in an interview for the best outcome

->During an interview, you have to listen carefully to the interviewer. Make sure you understand the
questions and give a specific answer, don't be off-topic. If you don't understand the question, ask them
to repeat it again. You also have to try your best to relate your skills, accomplishments, and objectives
to the needs of the company. Last but not least, try to maintain your confidence during an interview.
That's all you should do for the best result.
