Azure Hybrid Benefit, you can bring Windows Server and SQL Server on-premises licenses with
Software Assurance to Azure workloads in the cloud.
With the Flexible Virtualization benefit, you can move your licenses with Software Assurance to any
Authorized Outsourcers’ servers (shared or dedicated). This applies broadly to software products (e.g.,
servers and desktop). The same terms that govern on-premises use apply.
