IMPORTANT NOTES FOR EXISTING HOMEOWNERS:
• If you are an existing homeowner who is applying for a property under one of the “Upgrader” categories, you must sell your
existing property to HM Government of Gibraltar (or to such other party as directed) for a price equivalent to the price per
square metre of the cheapest equivalent property (by number of bedrooms) at Hassan Centenary Terraces OR the current
market value, whichever is the lesser.
• The sale of your existing property to HM Government of Gibraltar will include all fixtures, fittings wall and floor coverings.
You will only be authorised to remove the following items:
o Furniture (but not fitted kitchens, fitted wardrobes or bathroom fittings (and household goods;
o Personal effects and chattels;
o Rugs (but not fitted carpets);
o Light fittings.
• Contracts for the sale of your existing property must be signed prior to or simultaneously with the purchase contract of the
property at Hassan Centenary Terraces. Completion and handing over of vacant possession shall also be simultaneous.
• The full funds from the sale of your existing property must be invested in the purchase of a property at Hassan Centenary
Terraces.
8. APPLICATION
I/We hereby apply to purchase a property at Hassan Centenary Terraces as indicated in this application. I/We declare that the
information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. I/We acknowledge that
any sale to me/us will be on the terms of the “Conditions of Sale”, which I have read and understood, and on the terms of the
purchase and sale agreement.
I/We have the financial means to complete this transaction, and will provide evidence to this effect to HM Government of Gibraltar
as and when requested.
I/We acknowledge and understand that if I/we do not make any payment due or sign any required document by any set date, any
sale to me/us will not proceed and HM Government of Gibraltar will be released of any commitment or obligation which it may
have to me/us.
I/We hereby authorise my employer to disclose to HM Government of Gibraltar and/or any of its companies or departments any
details relating to my employment and earnings should this be required.
9. DATA PROTECTION

employees, its wholly-owned companies and/or its independent agents for the purpose of the effective administration
of applications for the purchase of a property at Hassan Centenary Terraces, including the sharing of any and all personal data held
on the application form with Land Property Services Limited and any department of HM Government of Gibraltar for the purposes
