A. Related Literature
Meenu Joshi (2018) stated that several factors contribute to the success
of an excellent enrollment system. One of these key factors are efficiency and
responsiveness. Applicants not only want personal attention at every step, but
they want to get it quickly. More than ever, relevant, valuable, and timely
decisions. And this ultimately has to do with the existing registration system. If
the enrollment system is properly implemented, the admissions team has a great
the growing need for schools to improve mechanisms for responding to applicant

Simply put, a registration system brings together all activities related to the
entire registration process and integrates them into one system. This way
everything is done in one place both online and offline. Interviews were
conducted with prospective customers, the sites they visited, their interests and
motivations, their personal details, meetings planned with them, to name a few.

some run exclusively on macOS, and some are compatible with major operating

Capio, et.al. (2010) improved the registration process for the MinSCAT

minimize the time and effort of staff and students involved in the registration

study of the survey data after that confirms and quantifies that 93.5% of A-Level
admissions to private schools are handled manually with pen and paper.
The main issues with this manual approach are difficulty in locating a
suitable school and topics for an applicant to receive admissions, key moments,
time waste, loss of forms and form mutilation during the admissions process. The
results showed that a new online software solution is the only way to improve the

School for Junior and Senior High School is a multi-step process that is designed
to ensure that students are properly registered and prepared for the academic
forms. These forms are typically distributed to students in paper format. The
forms contain all the necessary information that students need to register for the
academic year, including personal information such as their full name, contact
details, academic history and their choice of track and strand for the junior and
other information such as their health status, proof of residency, and financial
status.
Once the students have completed the registration form, they are required

required to provide copies of their birth certificate, health records, and other
important documents.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted, the guidance
councilor will interview the new and transfer students. After the interview, the
principal will approve the transfer students. Their records along with the old
students will be passed to the school’s record office. While the new students
(Grade 7 and Grade 11) will proceed to their designated class adviser.
After completing the enrollment process, students are then able to meet
their academic advisers and visit their designated classrooms. Overall, the
and Senior High-school can be a lengthy and complicated process that requires
a lot of time and effort from both students and school administrators.
