Description:

Rome has focused on developing a dedicated customer service attitude, which perpetuates the
creation of a large and fast growing service network along with product and service initiatives aimed
at enhancing customer convenience. One of the key aspects of the company’s business approach
has been to sharply segment customer offerings and deliver differentiated products & services to be
relevant. It wishes to embark on a business transformation that requires to replace CRM system for
all lines of businesses (Retail, VBS, Wi-Fi) with a view to preserve the positive experience of the
existing services.

Responsibilities:

 Used Siebel tools for modification, enhancement and customization of Siebel business objects,
business components and interfaces (Screens, Applets, and Views) according to the client business
process.
 Involved on Siebel EAI(VBC, Datamaps, Webservices Inbound, Outbound) and business component
user properties.
 Configured Links and Joins as per the Requirement.
 Doing configuration for enhancements to the newly identified fields and to fields required by the
business process.
 Configured Applets, Views and Screens in the Siebel Tools- User Interface Layers using Siebel to
meet business objectives of the Company.
 Incorporated validations and enforced business rules within the Siebel business components using
BC User Properties.
 Hands on experience on Siebel workflows and user properties.
