Standard AQL System is maintained in every steps by the highly qualified, trained
and Independent Quality Team who are Reporting to the Management Directly.
Buyer required AQL is maintained for every individual Order.

overall quality inspection procedure is followed.

attachments, and following lean manufacturing layout to ensure smooth
workflow. The mechanical department is fully equipped with specialized
attachment making and automation capabilities allowing faster
production speeds with higher quality. The planning and industrial
engineering departments work continuously to ensure efficient
utilization of the sewing lines. Our sewing section is equipped
with world renowned brand JUKI, PEGASUS, BROTHER having
capacity of around 21,000 pcs/day. This labor-intensive process
progressively transforms pieces of fabrics into
designed garments.
